  2. All other trademarks, service marks, trade names and logos that may appear on this site and are not part of UDDGO™, BLESSEDCAT™ or BEYOND FEAR™ are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

  3. Nothing contained on this site or in these Terms shall be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark, logo or trade dress displayed on the site without the express prior written permission of the relevant owner. Any unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

4. DESIGN, CONCEPT & CREATIVE OWNERSHIP

All garment designs, prints, artworks, typographic treatments, graphics, campaigns, product names, style names, story concepts, scripts, films, photographs, illustrations, packaging designs, labels, inner messages and any other creative output associated with UDDGO™, BLESSEDCAT™ or BEYOND FEAR™ are the sole intellectual property of the UDDGO™ brand.

  2. This includes, without limitation, distinctive concepts such as the Love Letter Edition, inner-message garments, “stories into fashion” executions, limited-drop structures, character art, visual worlds, campaign scripts and any future creative IP developed under UDDGO™, BLESSEDCAT™ or BEYOND FEAR™.

  3. Purchase of any product does not confer any rights to reproduce, license, commercialise, modify, adapt or create derivative works from our designs, imagery, campaigns or stories. All such rights are expressly reserved.

  4. Any attempt to copy, replicate, recreate, counterfeit, misappropriate or commercially exploit UDDGO™, BLESSEDCAT™ or BEYOND FEAR™ designs, stories, concepts or campaigns – whether online or offline – may result in immediate legal action, including injunctive relief and claims for damages.

  1. You may access and use the site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes – specifically, to browse collections, learn about the brand and place legitimate orders for personal use or gifting.

If your payment has already been processed and your order is cancelled, any reversal or refund (where applicable under our policies) will be initiated through the original payment channel in accordance with banking/payment-gateway timelines.

  2. We may modify, discontinue or limit quantities of any product, design, drop or collection at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation of any product or service.

All garments are conceptualised and dispatched from India. The origin of fabrics, trims and other components may vary by product and may involve multiple sourcing locations.

11. DELIVERY

  1. Our Ready to Order and Uddgo Atelier categories follow the specific dispatch timelines described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  2. Delivery times may vary depending on product type, level of customisation, courier performance and your delivery location. Any delivery date or time communicated is an estimate and not a guaranteed commitment.

  3. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon handover of the shipment to the courier service. We are not liable for delays caused by courier operations, regulatory holds, force majeure events, natural calamities, strikes or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. RETURNS, SELF-EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT

Returns, self-exchange and store-credit issuance are governed by the Uddgo Returns, Self-Exchange & Store Credit Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The key principles are:

  • Eligible Ready to Order (non-custom) garments may be considered for return or size self-exchange within 3 days of delivery, subject to inspection and condition checks.

  • All approved returns are processed exclusively as Uddgo store credit; cash refunds to the original mode of payment are not offered.

  • Uddgo Atelier garments, Love Letter Edition pieces, and any garments with custom inner messages or personalisation are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.

13. COLOURS, SIZING & PRODUCT VARIATION

  1. We make every reasonable effort to display product colours, textures and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the true colour or finish of any product.

  2. Minor variations in colour, texture, print placement, wash, surface treatment, embellishment position and measurements (within standard industry tolerance levels) are inherent to textile and craft processes and do notconstitute defects.

  3. Size charts, fit descriptions and recommendations are indicative. Final fit may vary based on individual body proportions and personal preference and shall not be treated as a defect.

14. LIMITED DROP & AVAILABILITY

  1. Many UDDGO™, BLESSEDCAT™ and BEYOND FEAR™ pieces are released as limited drops in finite quantities. Once a particular design, size or colour is sold out, we may not restock it.

  2. Product availability on the site is subject to real-time inventory updates. Placing an item in your cart does not guarantee availability at checkout.

15. USER CONTENT & FEEDBACK

  1. If you share, submit or tag UDDGO™, BLESSEDCAT™ or BEYOND FEAR™ in any content (including but not limited to reviews, testimonials, photos, videos, reels, stories, messages and social media posts) that features our products or brand, you grant UDDGO™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual and irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and display such content in any media, for marketing, communication and archival purposes.

  2. You confirm that any such content is your original creation or that you have the necessary rights to share it, and that our use of this content will not infringe any third-party rights.
