At UDDGO™, every piece is prepared and dispatched with care. This policy explains how and when your order will reach you.

1. SERVICEABLE LOCATIONS

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • Delivery is available to most pin codes covered by our courier partners.

  • Certain remote or hard-to-reach locations may have longer transit times or limited serviceability.

2. ORDER CATEGORIES & DISPATCH TIMELINES

All UDDGO™ orders fall under two fulfilment streams. Dispatch timelines start from the next working day after your order is confirmed.

a) UDDGO™ Ready to Order

  • These are our standard ready pieces available in listed sizes.

  • Standard dispatch window: usually 3–5 working days from order confirmation.

  • Timelines may vary based on:

    • Availability of your selected size; and

    • Any inner-message / personalisation requested on eligible products.

b) UDDGO™ Atelier

  • UDDGO™ Atelier pieces are made-to-order garments, created individually to your size, fit and design preferences.

  • Standard dispatch window: usually 7–12 working days from order confirmation.

  • Timelines are influenced by:

    • Complexity of the design and patterning;

    • Level of customisation or handwork requested; and

    • Overall Atelier production schedule at the time of ordering.

Note: Dispatch refers to when the parcel leaves our studio. Delivery time is additional and depends on your location and courier movement.

3. DELIVERY TIME AFTER DISPATCH

  • Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 3–7 working days across India.

  • Transit time depends on:

    • Distance from our dispatch location;

    • Serviceability of your pin code; and

    • Operational conditions at the courier’s end.

  • During festive seasons, sale periods, strikes or unforeseen disruptions, both dispatch and delivery timelines may be extended.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Standard shipping within India is currently free of charge.

  • This complimentary shipping offer is subject to change; any revision in charges will be clearly reflected on the website and at checkout before you place your order.

5. ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

  • Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive order confirmation on your provided contact details.

  • After dispatch, your tracking ID / link will be shared via SMS/WhatsApp wherever available.

  • You can use this link to track the live status of your shipment until it reaches you.

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY & DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

To ensure a smooth experience:

  • Please provide a complete and accurate address, including flat/house number, building name, street, area, city, state, pin code and an active mobile number at checkout.

  • UDDGO™ will not be responsible for delays, non-delivery or misrouted parcels caused by incomplete or incorrect details submitted by the customer.

  • Courier partners usually make multiple delivery attempts. If the parcel is returned to us due to non-availability, refusal or unreachable contact details, re-shipping charges may be applicable for a second attempt.

7. MODIFICATIONS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER

  • If you wish to update your address, contact number or any shipping detail, please reach out to us within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the parcel is packed or dispatched, shipping details cannot be modified.
