Each UDDGO™ piece is crafted with intent and produced in limited quantities. To protect the integrity of our garments and ensure a fair experience, we follow the policy below.
1. ELIGIBILITY – UDDGO™ READY TO ORDER (NON-CUSTOM ONLY)
These terms apply only to standard Ready to Order pieces that are not customised in any way:

You may request a return or size self-exchange within 3 days of delivery.

The garment must be:
-
Unused and unwashed;
-
In original condition, with all tags, labels and packaging intact;
-
Free from any marks, perfume, makeup or damage.
-
All approved returns are settled exclusively via UDDGO™ store credit.
-
No refunds are issued to the original method of payment under any circumstance.
2. LOVE LETTER EDITION, CUSTOM MESSAGES & UDDGO™ ATELIER (FINAL SALE)
The following categories are created specifically for you and are treated as FINAL SALE:

UDDGO™ “Love Letter Edition” pieces with a personalised inner message;

Any Ready to Order garment customised with an inner message / note / name;
-
All UDDGO™ Atelier garments (made-to-order / custom fit / custom design).
These orders are not eligible for:

Return;
-
Size exchange;
-
Store credit or refund.
We recommend reviewing our size guide carefully and speaking to us on WhatsApp before placing any Love Letter Edition, custom message or Atelier order.
3. SIZE EXCHANGE / SELF-EXCHANGE (ELIGIBLE READY TO ORDER ONLY)
For eligible, non-custom Ready to Order pieces:

We offer size exchanges for the same style if requested within 3 days of delivery, subject to size availability.

The process functions as a self-ship / self-exchange:

You arrange the return shipment via your preferred courier service;
-
Our return address and packing instructions will be shared with you on WhatsApp.

Once the garment reaches us and clears quality check:
-
If the requested size is available, we will dispatch the new size;
-
If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue store credit for the product value.
- If an item is returned or exchanged, your replacement order will be dispatched within 3–4 days after we receive the original package.

Unless otherwise communicated in the case of a verified defect or incorrect product, all shipping costs for return and re-dispatch are borne by the client.
4. STORE CREDIT

Store credit is issued only for eligible Ready to Order returns (non-custom).
-
The value of the store credit will be equivalent to the product amount paid (excluding any original shipping or COD charges, if applicable).

Store credits:
-
Are non-refundable and non-transferable;
-
May be redeemed on future purchases via the UDDGO™ website or WhatsApp ordering channel;
-
Are typically valid for 6 months from the date of issue (validity will be clearly mentioned at issuance).
5. CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
To uphold hygiene and quality standards:

Items must be returned in original, saleable condition, neatly folded and securely packed.
-
Returns with visible wear, damage, odour, perfume, makeup, or missing tags/packaging may be declined.
-
In such cases, the item can be shipped back to you at your cost, without exchange or store credit.
6. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCT
If you receive:

A defective garment; or
-
An item different from your order,
please contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery with:

Your order details; and
-
Clear photos or videos highlighting the concern.
After internal review:
-
If the issue is validated, we will either:
-
Arrange or reimburse reverse shipping; and
-
Offer a replacement, or if a replacement is unavailable, store credit for the value of the product.
Even in such cases, cash refunds are not provided.
7. FINAL SALE SUMMARY
The following are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit:

UDDGO™ Love Letter Edition pieces;
-
Any inner-message / personalised Ready to Order garments;
-
All UDDGO™ Atelier made-to-order pieces;
-
Products explicitly marked as Final Sale / Special Clearance.
8. PROCESSING TIMELINES

Once your returned parcel reaches our studio, please allow 3–5 working days for quality assessment.

Following approval, your store credit or exchanged size dispatch (where applicable) will be processed and delivered within 3-7 working days.
